About ITIL
The aim of this site is to understand the basic terminologies in ITIL. Later this site will speak about the Service Support concepts of ITIL. Target audience is anybody who would like to understand ITIL which is a customizable framework for setting up Service Management within an organization.ITIL - Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
ITIL is rapidly being adopted across the world as the standard for best practices in the provision of IT Service. It describes a guideline of setting up IT services within an organization.
